dont take caffeine unless absolutely necessary. they are bad.It's like wine. Take a little, it make you high and happy. Take too much, you get all drowsy and drunk and vomitting here and there and hangover/withdrawal from alcohol/decaffeination.I learn it the hard way. haha.
