Love isn't...

proud or judgmental...

i was browsing thru my frens profile in fb (yes, even though i don own a laptop now, my lovely housemate does) n i was shocked to see how malaysians are blaming ppl because of their race, not of their wrongdoings...

if ppl did sth wrong, condemn it, but don blame it on their race or religion...

i m glad that there r also sensible ppl around who understands...

i think it is ok to blame the religion. unlike race, one chooses the religion. it is in fact a matter of choice.

if someone strongly feels that an unmarried couple who had sex should be stoned to death because of their religion, i think it is fair to blame the religion for such an evil thought.

the same argument goes with political stands. it's ok to critique someone based on her/his political stand, thus it's also ok to critique someone based on her/his religious believes.

by the way,i dont mean to offend anyone.

that is one of the core and important issue in Malaysia, which sadly, no one voiced about it. Classifying a race/religion as something because someone in that group make mistakes is something I felt sad about. Of course, that alone cracks down the unity of the community.

"Malays are lazy and stupid". Come to think of it, there're also tons of Malays who are more successful compare to ourselves. In Malaysians' case: try beat Tun M. Stupidity - Isn't he smarter than most of us? Laziness - How many of us did sell pisang goreng when studying and still scored outstanding result?

If someone does wrong, it's the wrongdoings that should be looked upon, not what race/ skin color/ religion/ gender/ nationality etc they are.

And this is not just in Malaysia, but the whole globe. I ever argued this with some foreigners. Just because Einstein was smart doesn't mean he is.

Knock the brain. lol gua macam emo.
